● Subscription Services: Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are offered for the current billing period

6. Intellectual Property

● Upon full payment, you receive full rights and ownership of the final deliverables we create for you

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
● There is a breach of these Terms
● Payments are not made on time
● You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our team
Upon termination, any unpaid balances remain due.

● We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
● We are not responsible for third-party platforms (e.g., social media, hosting providers, payment processors)
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding any claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
