Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Limitless Webs, we provide bespoke website design and development services alongside mentorship

programmes that guide clients in managing, maintaining, and growing their new websites. Due to the

significant planning, design, and hands-on support involved from the outset, we maintain the following

cancellation and refund policy:

 

1. Cancellation by the Client

– Clients may cancel their website and mentorship package within 14 days of purchase for a full refund,

provided that no development or mentoring sessions have been delivered.

– After 14 days, refunds are discretionary and depend on the level of service already delivered (e.g., planning,

mockups, calls).

– Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@limitlesswebs.com with full details of the

order.

 

2. Refunds

– Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days once approved.

– No refunds are issued once the website has been delivered or the mentorship programme is completed.

– Where partial services have been delivered, a proportionate refund may be considered.

 

3. Cancellation by Limitless Webs Limitless Webs – Website Policies

– In rare cases where we need to cancel or reschedule work (e.g., illness, unforeseen events), clients will be

notified immediately and offered a revised delivery timeline or a suitable refund based on work delivered to

date.

Complaints Procedure

We take pride in delivering high-quality website builds and mentorship support. If a client is unsatisfied at any

stage, we encourage direct communication so we can resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

 

1. How to Make a Complaint

– Email support@limitlesswebs.com with your full name, the project or service name, and a clear explanation

of your concern.

– Include any supporting information (e.g., screenshots, correspondence).

 

2. Response Times

– We acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours.

– We aim to resolve issues within 3-5 working days. For complex issues requiring further investigation, we will

keep you informed throughout.

 

3. Resolution Limitless Webs – Website Policies

– Resolutions may include corrections to work, additional mentoring support, or where applicable, a refund or

discount for incomplete or missed services.
